From time to time, I’ll see a record cover that makes me want to say to people, “Hey, check out this awesome cover art.” Thus, I am kicking the tires on a new feature called “Hey, check out this awesome cover art.” Enjoy!

As with previous AIDS Wolf releases, art responsibilities were handled by Montreal’s Seripop (Yannick Desranleau and Chloe Skum, who also make up 1/2 of the band). Trading in the seizure-inducing, freehand, insano style of their screenprints, Seripop went with a photographic treatment for the cover of March To The Sea. That isn’t to say they toned things down. The chaos, destruction and bombastic nature of their work is still readily apparent, and for me, it’s exciting to see them show off their extreme talents in a fresh way.
